You might heard of Sarah Close, she’s another of those talented youngsters already garnering a lot of attention along with some radio 1 air play. 

The title track from her debut EP, Caught Up, is a funky mix of rap like verses and soft poppy chorus. The verses run like a stream of thought, complaining about a new partner. There’s a early Lily Allen feel about it with the smart and funny lyrics. 

The EP is now in my top played on Spotify, four tracks with very different feels to them. Perfect After All really shows off Close’ vocal and sound writing talents. As she’s already been picked up by Radio 1 I foresee this girl will be massive within a year a la Lorde and Halsey.
