Amber got together while they were studying at Nottingham university. These five guys are unsigned and have gained interest with their stunning cover of Imogen Heap’s Hide and Seek. They also featured on BBC The Heat live sessions in June and have been picked for radio 1’s introducing.
Probably best described as indie folk but shouldn’t be dismissed as another new indie band with nothing to make them stand out from those who came before. They have a more pop sound than the likes of Mumford and Sons, which makes them stand out as something fresh. They are oozing talent and sound mature despite the oldest member being only 20.
Their debute EP, Noah, features four tracks which showcase the talent these guys have. They have that simple style which really gets to you, a sound which feel in your stomach and instantly love. They can also bang out a massive chorus, I hope to see these guys live.
This is the debute single and title track from the EP. It begins with soft vocals and builds to a perfect indie pop chorus with perfectly blended harmonies. It’s just beautiful.
