Well that’s my six weeks over. I’m not happy with the results though and this is all down to me. You’re supposed to do the workout 5-6 times a week, I have not! Some weeks I managed 5 but mostly it was 4 times. This last week I started well as it was the last week but by Friday it all went to pot. I celebrating my anniversary, then spent the weekend hung-over. As a side point, 2 day hangover WTF! I’m old.
There is a definite improvement though, my waist is slimmer and there is more definition on my stomach. So, I’m going to make this a seven week 6 pack and really hammer it for this last week. Lets hope there’s a big difference next week, wish me luck.
