A few days of sunshine is all it takes to put a spring in my step and have me reaching for all the bright colours I can find. After spending a sunny afternoon in the park with my boys, I managed to tire them both out enough to steal a few minutes to paint my nails. This is now a luxury it seems.
After months of throwing on a dress and boots everyday the daily uniform had to change. When you’re feeding a little one dresses aren’t that practical and I’m not so keen to show off my tummy these days!

Dare I say it, has the beast from the east and all the other crazy weather given way to spring? Time for some spring nails then.
These days I must admit fashion has taken a back seat and by back seat I mean I think I spent most of the last month in my pj’s. I’d highly recommend it.
I’ve been AWOL for over a month now. Given my last post most of you probably realised that was due to the early arrival of my little one. Seems I was indeed Ready to Pop.

Give or take a week we’re here, nine months. What you don’t realise, at least I didn’t, is that 40weeks is more like ten months than nine and most first pregnancies are overdue. So basically this little guy could arrive tomorrow or in a month, let’s hope for somewhere in the middle.

It’s pretty standard to gain a few pounds over Christmas what with all that yummy food that’s floating around everywhere. For me it’s been more than a few and my waistline has expanded considerably. Apparently I’ll get even bigger over these last few weeks, I’m not entirely sure how that’s possible mind you.
I have to admit I’ve not been checking out much new music lately. Since the little baba can hear what’s going on I’ve been trying to introduce some classics, there’s been lots of Dylan, Lennon McCartney, Al Green and Sam Cooke going on. My Spotify probably looks more like it belongs someone middle aged when you catch a glimpse of my Made for You selections these days. One with a good taste in music though I’d hope.
