Hand Bags and the Gladrags

Buying vintage can be tough. Finding that perfect piece can be like finding a needle in a haystack. Once you find it there no guarantee it’ll fit even if it is your size as they can vary depending on the decade and style. This skirt was a pretty special find by my big sis at the awesome Glad Rags Thrift

The store is a special little place which operates not for profit but to support The Glad Cafe, right next door, and the Glad Foundation. Great place to find second hand high street and designer pieces mixed in amongst the odd vintage piece like this stunning skirt. The prices are ridiculously low too so well worth a rummage.

The pattern and shape to this skirt is pretty fantastic so I kept the rest simple. A plain white tee was the perfect combo, as is so often the case. The skirt was a present too so spending ban still in tact!
