Every year they have a graduate show in Glasgow School of Art and every year I miss it. I’ve no idea why, I’m just a bit useless. The Gallery of Modern Art, GoMA, regularly features pieces from The Art Schools successful graduates and is currently showcasing Devils in the Making. If the neon signs alone weren’t enough to tempt me in, the knowledge of all that local talent was.
There’s a few shots of the exhibits on Instagram and Facebook if you’re in Glasgow between now and February I’d recommend taking a look. Maybe don’t take a sceptical dad with you like I did, or maybe do as some of his commentary was pretty hilarious.
The iconic building is the perfect backdrop for some outfit shots; you can just see Glasgow’s famous Duke of Wellington Statue complete with his cone hat in the background. We’re well and truly into autumn now so it’s all about the layers, add in some stripes and this is my favourite cardigan.
