Elderbrook or Alex Kotz, has been floating around for a while. I spied him in quite a few ones to watch for 2015 and I very nearly featured him myself. He’s been a little bit quiet this year but popped up again in the last few weeks with this almost new track. 

You must know by now I love a handclap, fingerclick or tapping foot in a track, this one has maybe all three – instantly in love. It’s a reworking of a older track and I’m my eyes ears a definite improvement, not that I didn’t love the soft house beat. Add to that some bluesy contemplative lyrics and I’m hooked. Oh and he remixed Chloe Blacks 27 Club, one of my absolute favourites recently. 

Thi guy could be the soundtrack to your summer after party, that if he would hurry up and release an EP or album.
