We did it, and in a pretty good time 3hr 42mins. Go us!
I was first up with the longest leg at 8.3miles. Turns out Edinburgh has a pretty flat course which starts with a downhill stretch, all good for me. Given I live at the top of a hill and all my training involved hill runs I smashed this little course, well by my standards anyway. I took a massive 33sec off my average mile finishing in 1hr 12mins.
We’re still counting up our donations but it looks like which raised close to £1,500. Can’t believe we’ve raised that much and can’t thank everyone that donated enough.
