Yip tomorrow I turn the big 3 – 0! I know scary thought! Now believe me when I say having a birthday on NYE is pretty rubbish. Even more so in Scotland as we have big celebrations for Hogmany.
I know what your thinking that should be great right? Wrong. I’ve never had a proper party because of the stupid date and in general everyone has plans of their own on the day. My poor sad 21st was spent with my sister and one friend.
So this year I’m going all out in a Gatsby-esque shindig to say goodbye to my roaring twenties. I’ve been a busy little bee creating decorations for the venue the past few days and after much searching found the perfect Art Deco dress. Im still worried no one will turn up though! Fingers crossed they do and I’ll share all the party details later.
I just need a little help on the accessories, which do you think I should go with?

Happy birthday in advance! The dress is BEAUTIFUL. Hard to pick which accessories to use. Hmmmm maybe the shoes on the top right. The blackish one. And for the clutch… I’d pick the one in the middle. This is easy, silver heels and metallic clutch bag, keeps with the theme. and isn’t too much pattern or too much of any one colour. What does everyone else think??
PS: I am now slightly swaying to the top shoes.

The dress is beautiful!!!!! I think the middle clutch, black and gold is perfect for the theme, and for that reason I’d go with black heels rather than green.

I love the dress with the silver heels and the rustic gold middle purse. I’m a fan of mixing metals and I think those pieces would look great together! All in all, I’m sure whatever you chose, you looked amazing in.
