My bloglovin feed has been inundated with street style shots from New York and London Fashion Weeks. The Warner temperature afforded this August seem to has given rise to a little trend of jumpers over skirts.

Obviously I jumped on this instantly as the perfect way to transition my wardrobe into autumn. This dress is a favourite of mine largely due to its length, when you’re over 5ft 10 it can be tough to get a maxi that actually covers your ankles! The added benefit of stripes simply seals the deal.

The colour also matches my favouriet statement ring, this real orchidone I picked up in Oz. All this sunshine means I’m still getting to rock my favourite new accessory, though I think I’ll still be wearing these Chanel babies in December!
