It was maybe hopeful thinking that I was gonna get up early every morning and complete the shred. I ended up doing it most nights when I came home from work. As a result some days I was tried, a few I had headaches and a few more days I was hungover!
So I missed 8 days. Doesn’t sound too bad until you work out that’s almost 1/4. I’m not too impressed with my results but can hardly complain given I didn’t really stick to it. My plan is to finish off the 8days this month, just over two weeks to Barcelona so I need all the help I can get. I’ll keep you updated.
