Yesterday I popped into town with my sister for a spot if ‘window’ shopping. Of course the ‘window’ element disappeared pretty quickly when I discovered a lot of stores have sales on already, I figured prices are gonna fall in the proper sale in a few weeks so I managed to control myself. Well until I got into Primark that is, picked up a whole new outfit for under £30, can’t beat it.
The Corinthian, my favourite place for drinks in the city, is housed in a beautiful 18th century sandstone building and a great backdrop for some photos. What a laugh we had messing around, funny how quickly we can revert to behaving like children. Wearing a baseball top and trainers probably assisted in the spiral into this, queue the star jumps.
The whole sports luxe trend is really growing on me, I’ve had this top for years and any trend that allows me to wear it so much is good with me. It’s fitting for this wonderful sporting weekend, Champions League Final last night and Monaco Grand Prix this afternoon. One day I’ll be watching the race in the Hotel de Paris garden terrace sipping champagne, a girl can but dream.
