I’ve seen a few variations on this type of nail art, I like the simplicity of it. It helps to slim down my fat fingers, just like a panelled dress can slim down you waist. The fact that I only had 30mins to do my nails might also have been a deciding factor.
I decided to go for purples for nice bright springy look. I’m not sure if people use templates of french manicure stickers to create this effect but i just did it freehand. Just remember to put the lighter colour on the bottom or you’ll be adding extra coats all day.
