I’m not sure how many outfit photos I’ll be posting from Brisbane. Before I arrived I thought I could get loads of cool outfit photos as I wasn’t needing to wear boring workwear most days. Turns out I massively underestimated the heat, 30degrees and rising makes a sweaty Lauren which does not make for good photos.

These are some quick photos I took on the deck at my brothers yesterday morning. I’m following the Aussies here and what appears to be a standard uniform of cut offs and a vest. I love the print on this vest and the dropped armholes are great in the heat.

I’ve got my bikini on underneath as I took my niece to the local pool after I took these. I love Australian pools, even the little local ones are these big cool outdoor pools. I was a complete Brit abroad trying to stay in the sunshine when all the Aussies are sensibility sitting in the shade! I am determined to go home with a good tan though.

Oh and please excuse the hair, i think I would pass out if I tried to straighten it.
