Cloves got her first taste of the limelight on The Voice Australia back in 2013, but don’t let that fool you into thinking she’s a pop reality star. The Voice was indeed the right choice of show though,as Cloves’ is to die for.

This girl has something special. After a emotional four track EP in 2015, this wonderful track arrived at the end of last year to give a taste of what may be to come on her album. Still simple and full of emotion but with a bit of a punch at the chorus with those drums. For anyone that’s ever had a tough time in a relationship, so let’s say everyone, there’ll be something in those lyrics that’ll speak to you.

The video arrived last week which makes it ‘new’ enough for New Music Monday. It echos the track with a simple close up and light effect, pulling out over that chorus of drums and “woo’s”.
