I found Annabel Jones online yesterday while I struggled for hours to update the blog design. As an aside, what do you all think of the new site? Ms Jones has been around for a little but has recently signed to Atlantic Records which maybe explains the increased online presence.

The electro pop tune immediately caught my attention, the frustration of coding social media buttons temporarily relieved. Initially I loved the beat, my toes started tapping and I wanted to dance. On second listen the lyrics are both brilliant and brutal, the IUO a reference to holding all the power in a relationship and using it to her advantage.

Having now discovered her on SoundCloud I kinda love this girl and cannot wait for the EP, Libelle, to drop.
