You Can Leave Your Hat On

A wide brimmed hat maybe a bloggers perfect item. It hides a multitude of sins. Hair a bit messy, stick the hat on; massive spot on your forehead, stick the hat on; horrid bags under your eyes, stick the hat on. Not just that it protects you from all manner of Scottish weather; whether that be wind, rain or sunshine. Lastly and perhaps most importantly, it’s super stylish. Stick one on and your outfit is instantly blog worthy.

I have been lusting after one forever but somehow didn’t get round to buying one. This bad boy I picked up in H&M in between christmas and New Year. Fair to say I popped it on my head as soon as the girl had scanned the barcode and swiped my card. Worked a treat in jazzing up my simple, but perfect, dress and super old denim jacket. Another new arrival though is my silver labrador charm a certain man Seb got me for Christmas. I did say I was a lucky girl.

  1. I just got a hat yesterday but I think I might be too self conscious to leave the house in it! And this weather – ugh, did you sleep last night? I didn’t.

    1. Come to Glasgow in it well have a little outing together. I was up all night, had to take Seb upstairs as he was scared by the wind, kept me up all night getting scared and barking wee soul, glad it’s Friday though!

  2. Hey! Love the denim jacket…i am trying to get one here in India for the longest time…one without any glitter or embellishments..no luck 😦

I love hearing from you, let me know what you think
