These guys got me with their cool name, Lion Babe. They’re twosome Jillian Harvey and Lucas Goodman. I loved their first track which was out a whole year ago! Finally there’s a follow up.
Any track that features Childish Gambino I know I’m going to like. Add in a Nina Simone sample and I’m sold. This is a forerunner to an EP which promises to be full of similar reinvented familiar tracks to create funky modern soul tracks.
