These guys I found via Twitter, @SeattleYachtClb. Despite their name, they hail from Liverpool not Seattle. Seattle is apparently cooler and the guys like the escapism of the title. Their songs are catchy and the kinda thing you could easily hear on Radio 1.

These pair are best friends, they have grown up together and already been in various bands. Their music now I would describe as electro pop with catchy guitar hooks. It reminds me of Darwin Deez or Everything Everything, not bad company to be in I’d say.

Their songs are fun and have got a real summer vibe to them. I can see me playing them while lying in the sun, that’s if we ever get any here in Scotland! The lyrics are pretty sweet as well and appeal to my romantic side.

You can find a few tracks on sound cloud but unfortunately can’t download any yet. I did get a little tweet from the guys last night confirming they are releasing Same Old Questions in a few weeks. My favourite though is Fall Deep, let me know what you think of them.
