I missed New Music Monday yesterday as I was reeling from that One Way or Another cover. I thought I would share it with you today. This is a funky little tune from Wild Belle. These two are brother and sister, something which I normally find a bit weird but they don’t appear to sing love songs at each other so I’ll let that pass.

I found this on the internet while painting my nails at the weekend. Any song which makes my head and shoulders dance in the first few  bars is going to be good. This song appeals to the teenage me that will forever be in love with Bob Marley. it has a strong reggae/ska beat to it. The lyrics are catchy and relateable and it’s very much a Go Girls kinda song. Oh and it has a funky old skool video too.

The song was released at the end of 2012 and you can find it on Itunes. I’ve downloaded the EP but only had a couple of listens and for just now this is my favourite. I also found a remix by French due Employee of the Year which i say in a very quiet voice i may prefer. Let me know what you think?
