Like a Flower Waiting to Bloom

Summer this year is very much a delicate flower, make too much noise when the sun comes out and she quickly hides away again. Days that start with sunshine and end with wind and rain make for some difficult dressing.

I’m refilling through the back of wardrobe again to put together this look. Teaming these floaty flowery culottes with a sweater helps when the weather is so uncertain. It also makes for the perfect girly outfit for a spot of wedding dress shopping. My first time in a bridal store did not disappoint. I didn’t say yes to a dress though, great excuse for more girly shopping afternoons.

I’m currently preparing for my third straight day of cocktail drinking, don’t you just love a bank holiday weekend? Fingers crossed today doesn’t end with rain.

  2. Hmm it seems like your website ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll
just sum it up what I had written and say,
I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I too am an aspiring blog writer
but I’m still new to the whole thing. Do you have any suggestions for first-time
blog writers? I’d genuinely appreciate it.

I love hearing from you, let me know what you think
