Chemical

Fresh from a Glastonbury performance yesterday I bring you Jack Garratt.

He wrote his first track at 13 and it earned him a place in the GB finals of Junior Eurovision. I’m sure that embarrasses the hell out of him now but it’s a pretty impressive start. He now plays a multitude of instruments including guitars and trombone, again pretty impressive.

I found him via Annie Mac, he seems to be one of the BBC introducing’s sweethearts – I can see why. I actually wanted to share his most recent track Weathered but I can’t find it anywhere, not even on his sound cloud

This one is just as good. I love the dance break, which is a pleasant surprise to the indie handclap first verse. His earlier tracks have a hint of r’n’b beats so he seems to be far from a one trick pony. I

I’m kinda in love with him.
