30 Day Shred

You woulda thought 30 days of sit ups and squats in June woulda been enough for me. Turns out it not. I really want to get in shape for Barcelona so for July I’m going to attempt Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.

It’s only 20mins so surely I can manage to get up early every morning and do it. We’ll see. I’ve got a new little wallmirror chart to keep me motivated, hopefully.

  1. I’m doing the 30 Day Shred at the moment for probably the 10th time as I’ve never managed to finish it. This time Im determined, although I won’t be able to do it every single day, Im hoping to stay motivated and stick to it with only a day or two off each week.
