Summer is fast approaching and I am nowhere near beach ready. For weeks I’ve been trying to get the motivation together to eat healthily and exercise but it’s just not happening.
I came across a squat challenge on Pinterest and was thinking of giving it a go during June. Then yesterday a friend of mine signed up to an ab challenge on facebook.
From there I somehow managed to convince her and myself to do both simultaneously, I know we’re mental. My friend is off on holiday at the end of June so we started a bit early last night. I’m going to do squats in the morning and abs in the evening after walking Seb to break it up.

First week done, it’s getting tough though!
Stumbled upon your blog through a serious of Google searches related to Jillian Michaels. I saw your one post on the 6D6P but can’t find it again to comment.
I’m on my third day of level 2 and loving the results. I’ve heard good things about the 30 Day Shred so I think that’s next on my list. Gotta get that bikini body ready- headed to Jamaica in August!

I’ve tried them both before but never stuck to them, think ill do one of them after this abs challange
