You may have seen lots of tweets and instagrams the other day from French Connection. I was there as part of their Sketch to Store campaign. On the night everyone was invited to create outfits from their new collection, with one photo winning money to spend in store. I don’t know when the winner is selected as I got a bit lost in the night, you can see all the photos on their website though.
I’ve always been a fan of French Connection, even though it’s often out of my price range. I find rather than being massively on trend, they create pieces with a hint of the trends but that will last for years.
This season they obviously have plenty of leather and denim coated items. They aren’t as punky and more wearable than some other retailers. I loved this leather skirt and coated shorts
I also fell in love with this delicate floral pencil skirt, unfortunately they didn’t have it in my size. It has matching items which makes it perfect for the suits trend thats around next season.
We were all punky with leather jackets but they also have a selection of big winter coats in pastel colours that are gonna be massive next season.
I don’t think we’ll win but you’ll be first to know if we do.

Thats really cool you got the chance to style up some items in French Connection, i really love the yellow top! lovelyy, i dont think i’d be able to pull that off with my pale skin.
