You woulda thought 30 days of sit ups and squats in June woulda been enough for me. Turns out it not. I really want to get in shape for Barcelona so for July I’m going to attempt Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.
It’s only 20mins so surely I can manage to get up early every morning and do it. We’ll see. I’ve got a new little
wallmirror chart to keep me motivated, hopefully.
